Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered (LGBT), heterosexual are all different types of sexuality. It is possible that some people are unsure of their sexuality or go through a phase where they are unsure.

The information and resources linked on this page are aimed at helping LGBT and people who are not sure of their sexuality to learn about sexual health issues for LGBT people, including, safer sex, accessing medical services as well as dealing with other challenges such as stigma and discrimination.

Everybody's experiences are different, people have many different questions, or issues that affect them: Am I gay? How should I come out? How do I have safer sex?

You might be discovering your own sexuality, or perhaps you have a family member, friend or work colleague that is, and want to know more about how differint types of sexuality can affect peoples lives.

You can also find information about getting in touch with groups that that can offer advice and support LGBT people in areas of sexual health, accessing medical services in homophobic settings, coming out, or dealing with homophobia and stigma.

Some of the information is personal stories told by LGBT about their experiences.
