You need proper luicbration for a smooth more pleasurable experience. If your vagina is not properly lubricated it will cause intense friction which is what causes intercourse to hurt. There are women who suffer from dryness so you could go to the doctor and let them know about this and if they agree that it might be your body they can prescribe you medicine to help your body regulate. You should first try just having some foreplay and see if it helps.
