Can PORN addiction be bad for your Health?

Well we have come a long way in the sex industry but somethings, such as porn, still have a lot of changes required to make them "healthy." I think a lot of people are getting the wrong idea when it comes to porn. For many porn is a big Turn Off as opposed to a Turn On.

  1. Arousal or Erectile dysfunction becomes an issue, this I have heard many times from customers. For whatever reason men find it difficult to keep an erection when addicted to porn.

  2. Trouble forming intimacy is another common complaint when it comes to the dangers of porn addiction. Unrealistic expectations from your sexual/intimate partner and yourself. After watching so much porn you are constantly reaching for something more and your sexual behavior can become extreme or what some would refer to as deviant. This could make connecting with someone on an intimate level very difficult if not impossible.

  3. According to an article in GQ, Christian, among 27- to 31-year-olds on NoFap: 19 percent suffer from premature ejaculation, 25 percent are disinterested in sex with their partner, 31 percent have difficulty reaching orgasm, and 34 percent experience erectile dysfunction. After committing to no masturbation/porn, 60 percent of those on NoFap felt that their sexual functions had improved. And 67 percent had an increase in energy levels as well as productivity.
