Warranty Conditions

At Nu Sensuelle they stand behind their products. All our products purchased from an authorized dealer of the Nu Sensuelle brand have a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover lost/stolen items, cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart units will void the warranty. To validate your warranty, any warranty claim must have dated proof of purchase and photos of the unit along with its components. We do not ask that you return the defective unit. Colors may be subject to change depending on availability.

Nu Sensuelle offers a limited warranty on its products, with the duration varying by model:

• One-Year Warranty: Many Nu Sensuelle products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.

• Two-Year Warranty: Some newer models, such as the Nubii Tulla 10-Speed Bullet, offer a two-year warranty, providing extended coverage.

• How to Activate and Use Your Warranty

  1. Register Your Product: Visit nusensuelle.com and register your product under the warranty section. You'll need to provide your purchase receipt and the box flap with the product's UPC code.

  2. Obtain an RPA Number: If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact Nu Sensuelle's customer service at info@NovelCreationsUSA.com or call 561-750-0741 to get a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number.
  3. Return the Product: Place the defective product in a sealable plastic bag, include your receipt and the box flap with the UPC code (unless previously registered), and send it to:

     Note: You are responsible for shipping the product to Nu Sensuelle. They will cover the shipping cost for the repaired or replacement product back to you.
