November 18, 2011 The birth rate for teenagers fell 9% to 34.3 births per 1,000 females aged 15-19 in 2010, the lowest level ever reported for the United States according to Births: Preliminary Data for 2010, released yesterday by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
